How many lessons will I need?

Most people notice a difference in how they feel during the first lesson. But to experience a lasting change a series of regular lessons are needed. This is a personal choice and everyone is different in what they are looking to achieve from learning AT.

You can try out a trial lesson and take it from there.

How much are lessons?

My teaching rate is £30 for the first trial lesson; thereafter £40 per lesson or £350 for a block of 10 lessons.

​

All lessons last for 40 minutes.
